Please make note that all sales are final. We will not issue refunds for items that may have slight imperfections. Gemstones are made by Mother Earth and are all unique in shape and color. All orders will be created and packaged with love and care.

Two Lovely Gems is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise once it has been shipped. Tracking information will be provided for every shipped order.
